Mark has always been a Texan. He was born in San Antonio and grew up in McAllen. “I became a lawyer because I didn’t want to be a helpless victim of the legal system.” Mark feels legal issues can be a life-changing event. He is driven by a desire to be the kind of professional who can be trusted in a time of need. He has always wanted to be “the kind of lawyer my father and others like him would be thankful to have on their side!”
Mark’s greatest strength is in his attention to detail. He believes in treating clients as he would like to be treated, meaning phone calls are answered promptly, appointment times are respected, and regular reports of case progress are made.
His corporate philosophy includes being proactive and working with the client toward the end goal, rather than scrambling to keep up. This means that Mark limits his workload so he is able to meet the standards he sets for himself. His over 40 years of experience in helping clients deal with legal issues, and his intellect, are assets he wants to use to better his clients' lives.
In case you might think he is "too old" having had 40 years practicing law, Mark is a "fitness freak" and works out with kettlebells and body weight, and is currently certified to coach Kettlebells and Progressive Calistenics by Dragon Door.
